MAKING YOUR PAYMENT
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept immediate secure, on-line payments by PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal as you will be able to pay with your debit or credit card through them.
We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders (in UK only) made payable to Minerva Galleries Ltd and posted to
Bright Moon Crystals, St. James Cottage, Well Lane, St. Cleer, Cornwall, PL14 5DG
Please note, we do not under any circumstances accept cash, cheques or money orders in any non-UK currency.
Any order over £50 paid for by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.
If you are collecting an order in person, you may pay by cash on collection. We prefer you not to send cash by post.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: UK Distance Selling Regulations allow buyers a cooling off period of seven days. If you want to return an item you can do so within 7 days after receiving it.
Please ensure the item is returned in the condition in which it was received along with any free items included with it plus the original box and packaging. You must ensure that the item is securely and well packaged to avoid damage in the post. It must be returned via signed for delivery.
We will refund the cost of the item, but not your return delivery costs unless under certain circumstances, at our discretion.
Any refund will be made by the method that you originally used to pay for the item.
Non-returnable goods: Earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. (Due to health regulations).
Q: What if my goods arrived damaged or faulty?
A: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods, by phoning on 01579 345913 or emailing us via the contact us page. Please return the damaged goods secure in the packaging they arrived in. We will either offer a full refund, including your return postage costs, or a replacement.
Please be aware that our crystals and minerals are natural items, some may have natural surface flaws, marks, cracks, inclusions etc. Any actual damage by man such as chips or scratches will be noted in the item description.
Q: What if I have a problem or complaint?
A: Please phone us on 01579 345913 or send an email via the contact us page with your concerns straight away and we will endeavor to resolve any problem you may have. Your happiness and satisfaction are our top priority.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We aim to despatch orders by the end of the next working day, once cleared payment has been received. We will email you if any delay is expected. We normally dispatch via 1st class service by Royal Mail, which means your parcel should arrive within two working days within the UK.
International orders are shipped via airmail.
If, however, you have not received your parcel within 7 days (17 days for International orders), please inform us ASAP so we can trace your item. If your parcel was delivered while you were out, it may be awaiting collection by you at your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office. (Your postman will have left a While You Were Out note). Please note that parcels will be returned to us if they are not called for after 7 days. This will result in a further charge for re-despatch.
Q: Can I have my goods delivered to another address other than my own?
A: Yes, at the Check Out you may enter the name and address of a person to which you'd like us to send your order. This may be useful for sending a gift to someone directly or if you will be away when delivery is expected or cannot sign for your parcel.
Q: Can I collect my order in person?
A: This may be possible under certain circumstances at our discretion. Please ask if this is possible before completing the Check Out process, so you are not charged for shipping and handling. Orders can ONLY be collected once we have received cleared payment, or you may pay by cash at the time of collection.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we ship worldwide. Orders are despatched via airmail services. You will see the total shipping charges before you are asked to pay at the Check Out stage.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling charge?
A: Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the country to where your item will be delivered.The total cost will be calculated automatically at Check Out. Q: Will I receive the same item as that pictured?
A: Sometimes there will be more than one item for sale, for example within the 99p Tumblestones category, in which case your crystal may differ slightly to the one(s) in the photo. Other items may be one-offs and in those cases you will receive the crystal photographed.
All goods are sold as described. However, due to natural variation in some products, goods sold may not be exactly as they are photographed i.e. colour/shade difference and distinguishing marks are sometimes unavoidable. Please note that computer monitors may show slightly different colours due to their settings.
Q: What if I can't find a product I want?
A: Please email us with your requirements and we will endeavor to source a product for you. It may be that we have just what you are looking for in stock, but it may not be on the website yet!
